Meet Daniel Borland

I was born and raised in Illinois, I am a dedicated real estate professional with a unique background. As a 3rd generation milkman, I transitioned into construction, mastering everything from ground-up builds to remodels, including finished carpentry. This experience naturally led me to fix and flip, and eventually, to buy and sell real estate as a Real Estate Agent. I am passionate about helping people and families find their dream homes, guiding them through the process with education, expert negotiation, and a commitment to a smooth, successful closing. This is my 5th year as a Real Estate Agent. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 25 years, and we have 2 wonderful children together. We are a very tight family and have traveled all over the country for various sporting events the kids were part of, as well as vacation travel. We love to ski in the winter and hit the beach for some sun in the summer. My passion is on the golf course these days and the woodshop for downtime.
